The EDF ERDF INTERREG CARIBBEAN Programme

KARULINK is a project funded by the EDF ERDF INTERREG CARIBBEAN 2021-2027 programme for priority no. 3:A more connected Caribbean, OS 8 – Sustainable, smart and cross-border mobility” with €1,868,743 for a period of three years (2025-2027).

It is a territorial cooperation project led by the Société Transport Expansion Promotion (STEP) in Guadeloupe, in partnership with the Antigua-and-Barbuda Chamber of Commerce (ABCC), the Dominica Association of Industry and Commerce (DAIC), the St. Kitts and Nevis Chamber of Industry and Commerce (SKNCIC), the Ville de Bouillante and the Communauté d’Agglomération de la Riviera du Levant (CARL).


The project aims to strengthen connectivity between the Caribbean islands by developing sustainable maritime and land transport solutions, fostering economic, tourism and cultural exchanges between the partner territories.
