Established in 2014, the Riviera du Levant Urban Community (CARL) comprises the municipalities of Le Gosier, Sainte-Anne, Saint-François and La Désirade. It oversees strategic initiatives in the areas of urban planning, economic development and the green transition.
The CARL’s support for the Karulink project reflects a shared ambition: to open up these areas, stimulate economic activity and promote a sustainable maritime transport model in the region.
