Destination: the town of Bouillante

As part of the European Interreg Caribbean programme, the Karulink initiative has reached a key milestone in the study of future regular maritime links connecting Guadeloupe, Antigua and Barbuda, Dominica and Saint Kitts and Nevis.

As a key partner in this project, the municipality of Bouillante is positioning itself as a strategic port of departure. The town combines an exceptional natural heritage (hot springs, ecotourism) with a natural maritime opening onto the Caribbean Sea.

Its inclusion in the project addresses several key challenges relating to improving access and mobility, boosting tourism appeal and, finally, regional integration.
